Daguerreotypes offerings include animal and occupationals images, a child with a doll, a beautiful piece by Broadbent, and identified images by Weston, Insley and Brown of Milwaukee. Other hard images include a wine store, musicians and more occupationals. A beautiful mother-of-pearl and a green half-plate Eikmeyer case are among the case offerings. Within the paper images is a fantastic photograph of the interior of a Columbus watch, plus additional occupational, animal, and toy images, as well as a photograph of the aftermath of a tornado in St. Louis.

Including a stereo daguerreotype of bust of Henry Clay by Richards, plates by Stroud, Upton, Howe, and others. Ambrotypes include card players, carpenters, a mechanic and a guitar-playing lady. Tintype of a victorious rowing crew. Among the card-mounted photographs are eighteen Egyptian images by Hippolyte Delié and Ermé Desiré, views of Denver, a bell-ringing troupe, early Kansas, a flood, a tornado, and a fire. The sale concludes with regionalist images of Washington, Alaska, and Montana. Appended to the sale as a supplement are 33 uncataloged lots.
